Prepare bar area for evening. Close bar area per standards. Keep bar area clean and well-stocked throughout shift.
o Willingness to accept the most effective role.o Ensure bar area is clean & presentable.o Set up bottles (beer) on bar, top shelf liquor on back shelf.o Ensure beer taps are working properly.o Place appropriate bar snacks on counter; if applicable.o Keep supplies; snacks, napkins, etc. stocked throughout shift.o Bus tables in bar area as necessaryo Follow management's closing procedures nightly.o Keep bar, bar area and supplies clean.o Make change for bartender as neededo Floor care; sweeping and mopping ?ooro Wash ?oor matso Facilitate trash removal for bar area; trash removed from building and placed in dumpsterprior to departing.
Qualifications:
o Previous bar and/or restaurant experience preferredo High endurance level requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Lift up to ?fty (50) pounds, unassistedo Stand for long periods.o Bending, stretching, kneeling throughout shift.o Exposure to basic cleaning chemicals.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
