The Regional Counsel will support procurement and supply chain activity in the LatAm Region, supporting the Category in delivery of company Procurement objectives, including procurement contracts and benefits. The Regional Counsel will deliver legal support on issues arising from day-to-day procurement which cannot be resolved on an operative/implementation level, including negotiation support on key transactions, while also identifying and resolving issues arising from value engineering and other innovation projects. The Regional Counsel will also provide input and updates on local/regional legal issues and requirements, supporting the Central Team, and implement global strategies in the South America.
