The
Human Resources intern will support the Human Resources generalists and the labor group. The duration of this internship is between two and three months and is temporary in nature.
Requirements:
Must have completed at least 4 (four) semesters of college or university curriculum and be currently enrolled toward a degree in Human Resources or Business
Intermediate level skills with MS Excel such as freezing/unfreezing panes, hiding/unhiding data, setting print titles & page breaks, linking workbooks, creating external links, redirecting links, customizing toolbars & menus, protecting a worksheet, filtering options, and chart formatting options
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects
Preference for experience showing leadership capabilities
Ability to display confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly and establishing a strong customer rapport
Responsibilities:
Full administrative duties for the Labor and Human Resources generalist group Data file management Complete Internet research for Finance Leadership Development Program Act as the project manager in larger based activities Input and report on exit interview, immigration, and relocation data using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Process of all invoices/accounts payable/expense reports Prepare files for archiving

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
