This job entails the following
Responsibilities:
supervision/direction of recruitment and business development teams
increasing branch profitability
prospecting and cultivating new business with corporations and law firms
nurturing existing relationship with clients
meeting with clients, presenting Special Counsel's services, and networking within the South Florida legal community
The perfect candidate will have the following:
Four year degree
Prior management experience, preferably sales management experience
Prior experience working in or selling to the legal community
Social media savvy
Strong networking skills
Solid organization and time management skills
