Within TAS, our Transaction Real Estate practice provides commercial real estate valuation, analytical, operational, hospitality and other business advisory services to developers, builders, investors, financial institutions, hospitality companies, lenders and Fortune 500 companies.
We are seeking an experienced Senior with a strong real estate analytics background to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Participate in multiple engagements including financial analyses, cash flow modeling, business plan assessments, market due diligence, asset valuations, real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews, and other general real estate advisory services.
Engagements include a variety of property types including lodging, vacation ownershiop, multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties.
Specific responsibilities include financial and cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, market research, real estate documents analysis (including site/building plans, leases, appraisals, and mortgage underwriting/lending documents), market studies, and report writing.
Participate in sales/marketing pursuit opportunities.
Opportunity to work on cross-border engagements in Latin America and the Caribbean
Interface directly with clients.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
.A bachelor's degree or graduate degree in real estate, finance, accounting, hospitality and/or other relevant academic major and at least 2 years of related work experience
Hospitality industry experience a strong plus.
Experience in creating complex financial models (cash flow/property/portfolio modeling).
Experience in acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, asset management, finance, or market research.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise. Argus, Access and Visual Basic experience strongly desired.
Fluency in Spanish a strong plus
Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
