Dell is looking for a Claims Examiner to join our team in Miami, FL as part of this new exciting organization. These roles will be a key component in shaping how the business will work in the short, medium, and long term. The success of the candidate will directly affect the overall performance of the regional growth plan.
Role Responsibilities
-Performs complex rule based data conversion work across different areas within the Healthcare and Insurance domain
-Interpret and analyze client data to add, delete, modify data and also find solutions to individual client problems based on moderately complex to complex business rules
-Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements
-Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members
-Apply Healthcare and Insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, etc. to undertake problem solving
-Must have recent experience in insurance/healthcare industry to support our clients. Experience will need to be with an insurance, managed care or TPA Company with at least 18-36 months experience
-Ability to analyze and process transactions based on rules
-Be able to integrate knowledge as a skilled specialist
-Possess deep domain knowledge in the Healthcare and Insurance domain; i.e. CPT, HCPC, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes, HMO, PPO Medicare and Medicaid plans, Medicare part D and knowledge of medical terminology
Preferences
-High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred
-Knowledge of one or more of the following claims paying systems; AMISYS, AMISYS Advance, AMISYS Advance Release 4 or 6, NASCO, latest version of Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Ocare, Xcelys, NextGen, QNXT, ITS, IKA, WGS, Call Care Browser, GBAS, Genelco, HEALTHsuite, IMAX, and Diamond
