Assistant Marketing Manager Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area Position reports to:
Director of Operations Position
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, conceives and executes marketing strategies and programs to increase the profitability of our products or services.
Responsible for the daily operations of the Marketing Department; manage and administer Public Relations, and media functions.
Constantly improving company's competitive position through innovative marketing, sales, public relations strategies and the creation of campaigns to improve sales and develop brand equity.
Initiate, plan, develop, and implement effective brand and market strategies which deliver performance based results Ensures that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences.
Produces, or acts as liaison with firms that produce, public relations materials, advertising, and marketing collateral.
Conduct statistical and data analysis of market and product line to include financial analysis where applicable; adjust strategy as needed to meet changing competitive conditions.
Execute marketing plans for trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other events.
Supports the marketing of existing and new products and services.
Create rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and developing new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts with media agents and other marketing services to secure agreements for communications and media distribution.
Gathers and analyzes data on competitor activity; and on customer demographics, buying habits, and preferences.
Creates strategies for targeting and gaining access to existing and new markets.
Qualifications:
We additionally have programs to pay you to continue education through community seminars, chamber programs, special classes, and special company training programs.
Must have the ability to adapt to varying work environments as well as working under deadlines Must be able to communicate and interact with clients and staff in an effective and professional manner.
Work Environment and Pay Schedule Pay will be based on qualifications and will include a salary plus commission and bonuses for meeting sales goals.
Starting salary will be $450/week
commission (averages $7k-18k a year).
A raise will be issued after 30 days with a minimum raise of $100/week
additional and an additional raise will be written in to the contract to occur at least once every 12 months with a set minimum of at least $100/week+.
Those capable of working with a team, yet manage their own daily appointments will succeed in this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
