About the Job Qualified applicants must:
Be results oriented, well organized and self-directed Have professional appearance and demeanor Pass a written and verbal interview process to display appropriate computer and communication skills Ability to lift up to 25lbs over 100 times per day Pass a background check Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Increasing route sales, organically and through new business development activities Utilize company vehicle to pick up and deliver garments Use computerized inventory management tool to track orders and organize route Use electronic CRM tools to manage new and existing sales opportunities Work with managers to maintain the voice, standards and processes within route delivery organization Unwavering focus on customer service and client advocacy Continual improvement training with the Customer Relations, Sales, and Marketing and Plant Production Managers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
