A stable, fast paced Title Company with a friendly, professional environment seeking full time experienced, hardworking Title Processor/Closer, including experience processing short sales.
Duties:
- be able to prepare a title commitment and sellers docs - clear title requirements for closing - gather information from all parties for closing (i.
e.
buyers, sellers, lenders.
agents, etc.
) - balance and reconcile a file - process short sales, including Equator processing - submit electronic recordings Abilities/Requirements:
-work efficiently with extreme accuracy and detail -have ability to take direction and be proactive -minimum 1 year recent experience working in a busy office, under pressure and multi-tasking -work hard to keep up -be presentable, personable, with good oral and written communication skills -quick learner, paying attention to detail and accuracy, and be organized -must have experience with 2010 HUD software, The Fund, and Equator Position offers Great Growth Potential and Stability, in an upbeat, fun and stable work environment!.
