Chef de Partie - Dinner Lab Miami (Miami) Dinner Lab is looking for part-time Chef de Parties to grow its Back of House staff.
The Chef de Partie position will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and the guest chefs -- prepping, planning, organization, and event execution.

Must have 1
years experience in the restaurant industry, but we are happy to train culinary students Must be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Must have a flexible schedule (to work events at nights/weekends) Principal Accountabilities:
Preparation:
Responsible for assisting Chef de Cuisine and Guest Chef with food preparation Coordinate with Event Manager and Chef de Cuisine in kitchen layout and set-up of lab event Event Execution:
Coordinate with Chef de Cuisine in event set-up and break-down Responsible for cooking and plating during events.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
