Extremely high end luxury resort looking for the Best of the Best to start as soon as possible for a number of events.
- Have minimum two years experience as Line Cook, preferably in a fine dining or hotel setting.
Comfortable on all stations.
Professional training highly desirable.
- Be able to work independently, self-directed and dependable.
- Have flexible schedule with availability weekends, early mornings, evenings as needed.
- Be extremely personable and professional -- in demeanor and appearance -- with strong communication skills.
