USA01029 The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Regional Director of Design and work closely with the other regional Design team on various assignments and special projects.
What will I be doing? The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the Design Teams calendar, expense reports and travel arrangements.
The Team Member will assist the Directors and Managers with administrative duties in order to ensure accurate and timely distribution of information and professional supplier interaction.
The Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between the Design Department Team Members and Human Resources.
The Team Member may be required to perform additional supportive functions for the Miami Regional Office and other functions dictated by the Director of Design.

Experience working in the hospitality industry Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD basic management Experience working in an Interior Design role Experience working in a Design and Architecture role Fluent in Portuguese BS/BA Bachelors Degree What benefits will I receive?
