Directly responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous check-in and check-out of guests, handling reservations in person and over the phone, and meeting other guest needs during their stay.
Organization and attention to detail is a must.
Self transportation is important due to the possibility of night shifts.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (verbal & written), Spanish and multilingual a big plus.
Professional appearance is essential.
Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma required.
Minimum two years experience working on computers in a Windows based environment and/or ability to demonstrate knowledge of computers required.
