Please note that the rate of $30.
00 is for the group training and you receive Performance Pay after 60 days.
Performance Pay is based upon retention/participation and increase of clients in your sessions.
One on One Personal Training pays at $10 to $12 on our 30 minute sessions.

During workouts we use a heart rate monitored system on 6 T.
Vs.
Polar Heart Rate system displays participants heart rate percentage, beats per minute and calories burned.
We will teach you exactly what to do and show you what works! By the way, if you have existing clients and would like a new home to train them and work for us, we can work out an agreement to make it a win win situation.
We will be conducting group interviews and set up a particular day and time.
