Immediate opening for an experienced Payroll Specialist.
This person will be responsible for the accurate reporting and submission of payroll; including but not limited to billing, workers compensation and employee benefits.
Position located in the Miami Lakes area.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing :
Must have minimum of 2 years in payroll processing of more than 500 employees.
Reporting Workers Comp.
claims while maintaining complete, accurate and up:
to:
date documentation of the same.
Maintain employee benefits and enrollment.
Assists in collections as necessary.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills Requirements Must have experience in Payroll of 500
workers :
Minimum two years verifiable payroll experience Bi:
lingual (English/Spanish) a must.
Experienced on Excel :
high knowledge :
A detailed and thorough knowledge of Human Resources issues a definite plus A minimum of two (2) year College degree in Accounting Exceptional customer service skills We are a Drug Free Workplace, so you must be able to pass a thorough Drug Screening Clean Criminal Background History Please do not apply if you do not meet the above job requirements.
