The Desktop Migration Consultants will be responsible for a range of activities to support the migration efforts from interviewing users and capturing information about their application usage, installation, troubleshooting and configuration of Windows Operating environments, Desktop Imaging, andprovision of end user post:
imaging support.
Be able to install, upgrade, replace, troubleshoot, and configure Windows Operating desktop systems.
Knowledge of how Windows 7 operates within Client Server environments PC imaging (Symantec / Ghost) MS Exchange Server knowledge.
Ability to interface with variety of end users in a professional, customer orientated manner.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) Previous experience working in a Corporate Information Technology, or professional services environment Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while operating effectively within a team environment.
