Coordinate the renewal of present rental agreements.
Placement of various audit systems to assure standards.
Manage Owner's website Review Owner's folios for proper charges while in-house and prior to departure.
Assist Board with all requirements regarding condominium.
Oversee all additions and alteration in building.
