Customer Relations Specialist/First Impressions Specialist
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service/telephone skills; competence in use of Office 2000
programs; graduation from high school or GED; professional demeanor; organized; detail:
oriented
Responsibilities:
1.
Quality, efficient processing of volunteer and child applications according to agency policies and procedures:
a.
Setting up and maintaining organized files c.
Entering all processing information in AIM d.
Effectively communicating with volunteers, families and other agencies regarding applications, withattention to customer service e.
Collection of all collateral data f.
Multi:
task between all programs to complete applications 2.
Maintain knowledge of all current agency policies and procedures and adequately communicate these to inquiring volunteers and families/agencies 3.
Respond to volunteer and child inquiry phone calls 4.
Maintain organized tracking system and statistical reporting regarding enrollment program Source:
