RESPONSIBILITIES Client Retention and Satisfaction:
accountable for team leadership, coordination and oversight of each of their client teams, and maintaining clear communication for strategy, client issues, action items, client deliverables and timely problem resolution to meet and exceed client expectations.
Conducts proactive strategic account reviews with clients to discuss service needs and usage trends.
Develops and strengthens new and existing client relationships, while effectively managing expectations.
Oversight of all Client Deliverables:
accountable for oversight of all client deliverables in partnership with both internal and external business relationships.
Works with operations and other departments to develop comprehensive short and long:
term plans that are challenging, realistic and meet the client and company's business objectives.
Establishes clear roles and responsibilities with team members for maximum efficiency in working with clients and with other internal business partners Source:
