Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing campus catering events.
You oversee all internal and external catering for the account.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food and service at the functions is of superior quality.
You will handle the following:
Responsibilities:
Train catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service.
Track and monitor the labor and food cost for each event.
Maintain excellent client relationships.
Work with the Chef in creating menus
Qualifications:
AS degree preferred.
Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred.
Catering experience is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
