Description Position Summary This position is responsible for developing and delivering training courses for Visa's Global Customer Care Services training organization.
Responsibilities include developing business:
relevant curriculum, attaining appropriate level of expertise on assigned topics, delivering information effectively, and ensuring all established goals and objectives related to customer training and development are completed successfully.

Conduct cross:
training and new hire needs assessments with Business Leaders to establish gaps and plans to eliminate them.

Implement direction and vision from Business Leaders and Sr.
Business Leaders for implementation of classroom delivery projects, and collaborates with Sr.
Instructional Designer on new business projects for training development.
:
Work with new trainers as needed for cross training purposes.
:
Serve as a departmental trainer for Global Customer Care Services.
:
Ensure that all new hires are fully prepared to perform the job in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
:
Document, update and maintain processes and procedures as required.
:
Ensure all tracking and reporting for self and team is continually accurate and up to date to audit standards.
:
Maintain currency in personal skill level for each service taught so that the incumbents judgment is founded on current job knowledge.
Qualifications :
8 to 10 years' experience as a corporate trainer.
:
Proven ability to organize and present information effectively to various audiences, written and verbal.
:
Good listening and consultative skills a must.
:
Ability to learn new topics quickly.
:
Able to effectively organize and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.
:
Able to solve problems creatively.
:
Able to leverage internal and interdepartmental partnerships to ensure optimal results.
