Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Full Time sales assistant.
She/he will be required to assist with client services.
This also includes administrative support, answering phones, maintaining client database, compiling finance information.
Employment Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
(Previous experience with conflict:
resolution A+) Excellent communication, verbal and written in both English and Spanish.
Great attitude, excellent social skills.
Persuasive skills.
Empathetic, friendly and polite (smile when answering the phone).
Computer skills, including standard Microsoft office products and keyboard speed and Internet.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Self:
motivated and self:
starter.
Great organizational skills.
Education Required:
High School Diploma.
College degree B.
A or Sales A+.
Employment
Responsibilities:
Assist staff with administrative/clerical duties.
Process and Follow up orders and payments.
Verify Credit card information.
Follow up shipments and Freight forwarder documents.
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Working hours:
Compensations:
Salary 550.
00 Weekly Immediate Job/Position available for person who qualifies Source:
