C ulture Duties The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be held accountable for staffing, training, managing the liquor inventory and ordering, cost controls and P&L, marketing, open/closing duties, and maintaining Vintro Hotels' very high standards for food, beverage, guest service and atmosphere.
You will also be held accountable for ensuring the restaurant meets or exceeds its goals within budget.
Supervises and manages employees; manages all day-to-day restaurant operations; understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and food handling/ sanitation standards.
Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Resolves all guest problems and complaints to their satisfaction and delight.
Greets and meets with guests informally during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as a GM or Restaurant Manager in an upscale- hotel restaurant.
Strong floor presence.
High energy and professionalism.
Strong background in staff training to achieve and maintain desired service levels.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Degree in hospitality, hotel or restaurant management is strongly desired.
Strong work ethic; the restaurant business at times requires a 50-55 hour work week.
Able to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Stand, sit, or walk around for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping down.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
