Summary Duties and Responsibilities o Answers questions and makes recommendations about our food, beverages, features, and other restaurant functions and services o Clearly understands correct procedures in serving Guests with allergens o Takes food and beverage orders from Guests, repeating order for Guest confirmation.
o Follows alcohol awareness procedures to prevent Guest intoxication; notifies Manager of any questions o Delivers food and beverages to Guests o Prepares final bill, presents check to Guest, accepts payment, and processes credit card charges.
o Follows established cash handling procedures.
o May be assigned additional tasks in support of the business Qualifications o At least six months of related experience preferred o High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred o Alcohol certification required or ability to obtain one o Food handler's certification required or ability to obtain one o Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with Team Members, Managers, and Guests o Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and a point of sale system o Must have a working knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions o Ability to manager his or her own work flow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor o Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the entire shift and work in a restaurant environment o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
