We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to support our rapidly evolving and expanding original Spanish language programming slates in Latin America.
This position will be based in either our Culver City, CA or Miami, FL office.
Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking), and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups.
Your responsibilities will also include negotiating, documenting, and managing a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including non-disclosure agreements and other short-form agreements as well as helping to simplify existing contracting processes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
