An ideal candidate will have experience working already for a Consulting Firm in the restoration industry in Miami.
They will consider a high-level Commercial Reconstruction Estimator who has lots of large loss, CAT, and commercial experience.
Must have:
A very good knowledge and experience of commercial construction Highly experienced estimator in large losses; multi story high rises, commercial properties, involving floods, fires, tornados, CAT work (5
years) Proficient in estimating large losses in Xactimate from $200K to several million Report writing.
Excellent communicator Good Negotiator with Carriers Understands commercial Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing 5
years experience working as a Building Consultant or Commercial Reconstruction Estimator Most work will be in Miami and traveling throughout Florida.
If there is a large CAT event, there will be some travel required, with VERY generous daily per diems.
