We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish - English) to join our mission to help change as many lives as possible by representing us in our new satellite office in Tampa, FL Our Intake Specialists welcome our prospective Spanish speaking clients and determine which of our services best fit each of their specific situations.
We offer extensive training in this role, so previous experience in sales is not a requirement.
A great candidate will love having autonomy over their day.
As we open more offices on the west coast, a successful candidate will work independently while partnering with our flagship office in Ohio.

and sell case types to each client either in person or over the phone Use approved sales scripts to convert potential and qualified leads into clients Assist with in office fingerprint appointments Qualifications and Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English Previous law experience a plus, especially in immigration Previous Sales experience preferred but not required World class customer service skills Positive attitude Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage with minimal oversight Impeccable organizational skills, and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.
