FULL JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for passionate bilingual people to work in a team that provides an exceptional guest experience.
Servers main responsibilities are:
guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients.
Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
Be prepared to answer questions regarding the preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept.
Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
REQUIREMENTS One year experience in a full-service restaurant Ability to work effectively within a team with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude Bilingual (Spanish-English) BENEFITS Earnings:
