Quick Apply Full-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description Large Law Firm on Brickell Avenue in Miami is recruiting for a highly skilled Junior Legal Assistant/ Matter Closing Coordinator to coordinate and execute all steps of the matter and file closing process.
Duties include monitoring and organizing various requests, preparing close out letters and completing data entry tasks in the financial system.
Responsibilities include ensuring firm protocol is being followed and assisting with other tasks and projects as needed.
The position also entails closely communicating with attorneys and other administrative departments within the firm.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and exceptional time management skills are required.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and an ability to work under pressure is imperative.
