Duties &
Responsibilities:
Assist attorney with answering calls for potential cases.
Assist in case screening with potential legal cases.
Communicate effectively with Clients and attorneys regarding possible cases.
Help with drafting documents and helping with the sign up process.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff Spanish (MUST HAVE) Ability to work efficiently and effectively Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, outstanding organizational skills Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines Superior organizational skills, e.
