As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Life Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the life insurance commercial strategies to achieve our ambitious goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for our life insurance line of business, reducing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
Life Insurance Licensed & Certified.
Proven experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and sales processes.
Prior experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and implement the line of business' commercial strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new and existing agents, Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance agents' product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and changes in regulations.
Provide advice on insurance matters to internal stakeholders.
Conduct research on the insurance industry to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as brokers and insurers.
Base salary of $80,000 a year, adding commissions could sum up to $160,000 total based on performance and goal achievement.
