NEVER EVER, LEAVE THE FRONT DESK UNATTENDED.
Attends Visitors with Excellent Attitude.
Must be comfortable managing and maintain on a daily basis computer software programs currently utilized by the Enrollment Division.
Support the Enrollment Teams and making calls to prospects and setting up appts.
Manage front desk, including answering phones, properly routing calls/visitors, taking/forwarding messages as necessary, providing general information, etc.
Greeting all team members, prospects, students, and community visitors.
Establish and maintain an effective professional working relationship with campus and off campus visitors.
Assist prospective applicants in completing preliminary admission paperwork.
Maintain a comfortable, organized lobby area for prospective applicants.
Performs other related duties as requested.
Part Time-Evening Receptionist - Educational Requirements:
High school diploma; supplemented with one (1) year of related experience.
Must be Fluent bilingual:
English/Spanish (Verbal/Written) Part Time Job! Evening Shift M-F 5:
