9K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Specialist in a bank, insurance agency/company or legal firm specialized in commercial, commercial real estate and residential loans.
Review insurance requirements and insurance coverages to ascertain properties have adequate insurance at closing and monitor coverages throughout the life of the loan.
Force place as necessary.
Process escrow disbursements for insurances, real estate taxes including surplus, overpayments and escrow analysis.
Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, Synergy, Share File, and AccuSystems Loan Document Managing and Tickler System.
Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required.
Knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports.
Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required).
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail.
