Miami, FL Downtown Provides operational, procedural and application related support to the branch network and department associates in a call center environment.
This includes account opening approval in regard to AML/BSA policy, back-up approval for large currency transactions, and legal questions.
Proactively strive for operational excellence and delivery of outstanding support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recent experience working in a financial institution in a branch/bank operational role, Call Center or customer service.
Thorough knowledge of bank operations including, New Accounts, and Customer Service.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Thorough knowledge of branch software applications.
Must have the ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
