Tech Lead/Coach (.NET Core, Azure Service Factory) (REMOTE)
Ryder is seeking a Technical Agile Coach who is passionate about connecting company-level strategy and prioritization to the execution activities of Software Development and teamwork.
This role will be directly supporting the Fleet Management (FMS) organization and will be responsible for providing technical expertise around Development, DevOps, and Architecture across multiple engineering teams with various technical stacks, and complex integrations.
In addition to the technical management and delivery, this individual will be responsible for stakeholder management and collaboration.
This individual must have excellent communication skills as they will be communicating across several of Ryder's executive leaders.
This individual will ensure best practices are being followed within SCALED Agile to build highly functioning and effective technical teams.
Ryder currently has strong Functional Agile Coaches on board, Ryder is seeking a highly technical professional to bridge the technical gap to help improve technical performance and create high functioning teams to drive change.
Minimum Requirements 10-20
years of relevant hands-on technical experience, engineering team management, and Agile Coaching / Technical Excellence Coaching experience Specific experience managing engineering teams in a SCALE Agile environment Strong experience specifically with.
NET core framework/ development Strong experience working with Azure cloud, specifically Service Fabric Proven experience in the following areas:
Devops, CI/CD, code quality, test driven development, behavior driven development, unit test coverage, practices around mindset of full stack development, and pair programming Proven experience with Architectural design and governance Excellent leadership skills, communication, problem solving and influencing skills Proven experience with stakeholder management and collaboration Passion for process engineering, agility, lean thinking and rapid delivery of high-quality products, Vast knowledge in SDLC Advanced to expert level of understanding of organizational transformation Desired Skills - Logistics or Transportation Industry Experience - Various AGILE certifications Agile SAFe Certified Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Agility Architectural Design Architecture Communication Continuous Integration Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
