This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP'S).
ResponsibilitiesoThrough proper preventive and routine maintenance, assure optimal operating efficiency of all refrigeration equipment and systems, but not limited to:
oMonitor and adjust controls for optimum operating efficiency.
oConduct daily surveillance tours to ensure proper and efficient operation of equipment, maintain proper and appropriate logs, accurate daily time sheets and work orders log.
oFollow locals, state and national codes.
oMaintain equipment and workstation in an orderly and safe condition.
Experience and Education RequiredoEducation High School Diploma and Technical School requiredoExperience Minimum two year experience is required in related fieldQualificationsSkills RequiredoMust be able to:
o Speak, read, write and understand the English language.
o Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
o Provide legible communication and directions.
