JOB
Summary:
This position acts as relationship manager for a select group of Global Banking clients within a specific target market and ensure every client has a positive experience.
Meets and exceeds goals by developing new relationships and effectively engaging in conversations with both prospect and existing clients' prospects that would allow them to understand the client's needs and to find potential solutions within Seacoast Banks products and services including the generation of deposits, treasury management revenue, other non-interest income and cross selling of wealth management, residential and commercial lending.
Maintains operational policy and procedures and gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred4
years in relationship banking high-net-worth individuals and/or business marketrequired5
years of experience with bank products and services (e.
g.
deposits, cash management,international, etc.
) required.
Bilingual:

OperationsOpen and process accounts, perform account maintenance while adhering to the banks current policies and procedures, to include AML/BSA requirements.
Ensure adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, dual control, security, Business Continuity, and all other regulated banking requirements.
Work with the OnBoarding and Know your clients' teams to ensure new accounts are open in a prompt and efficient mannerEnsure timely response to BSA on all inquires and exceptions.
Responsible for reviewing and adhering to Global Banking and Banks operational procedures and controls while communicating updates to associates.
Follows up on all audit deficiencies.
Follow instructions and responds to management direction to help resolve more difficult customer objections, and solves problems in a timely and positive manner to retain the customer relationship.
Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to stand.
The associate must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds and may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
