Job Description Job Description Milestone Solutions offers consumers a variety of debt solutions to help them get out of debt and reach financial solvency.
The Senior Financial Consultant will work assisting consumers nationwide consulting and guiding our prospective consumers who have applied directly for debt resolution options.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs.
- Analyze consumer specific situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate debt resolution - Quickly connect with inbound leads from customer information inquiry - Close a high volume of accounts with customer specific customized solution - Convert leads generated and provided by company initiatives - Take inbound calls from customers and conduct outbound touch point tasks on a daily basis - Appropriately answer customer objections and questions; - Deliver an accurate description of product and/or service to customers - Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
Qualifications:
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.
- 2-3 years sales experience - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Exhibits a passion and commitment to customer service by consistently delivering top-tier support to every customer.
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals - Mortgage Experience a plus by Jobble Recommended Skills Communication Consulting Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
