As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new personal injury business opportunities for our firm.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize your extensive market knowledge and network to identify and target potential clients for personal injury cases within the Florida region.
Business Outreach:
Proactively reach out to individuals, organizations, and professionals to build relationships, promote our firm's services, and generate new business leads.
Networking:
Leverage your existing personal injury business network to expand our client base and increase referral opportunities.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, referral sources, and strategic partners to maximize business opportunities and client satisfaction.
Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients, highlighting our firm's strengths and differentiating factors.
Negotiation and Closing:
Collaborate with attorneys and partners to negotiate favorable terms and close business deals.
Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipeline, and client interactions using our CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys, marketing, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall firm goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the legal industry, personal injury practice.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and cultivating market leads, resulting in new business acquisition.
Strong network and relationships within the personal injury business community in Florida.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to drive deals to successful completion.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track business development activities.
Knowledge of the personal injury legal landscape in Florida, including relevant laws and regulations, would be highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
