REMOTE Employment Litigation Counsel

A leading global commercial-stage pharmaceutical company is seeking a Litigation and Employment Counsel to join their growing legal team.
This well-established pharmaceutical organization is responsible for groundbreaking achievements across multiple pharmaceutical and life sciences therapeutic areas.
The hire will be an essential part of the evolving legal team and will report directly to the Head of Legal; therefore, it will be a position of high visibility within the pharmaceutical organization.
This role can sit completely remote from anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities for the Employment Litigation Counsel include:
Being the main point of contact for all employment litigation matters across the pharmaceutical company.
Managing and being the point of contact for all litigation matters, from pre-litigation to resolution matters.
Formulating and evaluating case strategies, overseeing the interviews of fact witnesses and expert witnesses, managing the process of responding to discovery requests, and thoroughly examining court documents and filings.
Collaborating closely with HR and Compliance departments to co-create and refine employee policies and handbooks and design and conduct training and educational initiatives for colleagues and the entire organization.
Experience required for the Employment Litigation Counsel:
4-7 years of experience with litigation and employment In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as general litigation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
