Banco Sabadell is seeking an IT Business Partner to join a very dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.
Responsibilities:
o Ensuring the availability, performance and evolution of the IT business systems, including the Core Banking system o 2nd level support activities on core banking application and all its interfaces.
o Incident, Problem and Change management activities in accordance to the laid down procedures and SLAs.
o Project support in terms taking a lead on key responsibilities assigned and providing required technical support.
o In liaison with the Product owners and process stakeholders, identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
o Partner with third parties and vendors so as to deliver timely and quality solutions.
o Compliance with policies and procedures attaining satisfactory audit ratings.
o Analyze the business processes in an organization for inefficiencies.
o Act as a subject matter expert and liaison with the business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
o Develop Business Requirements, Detailed Functional Specifications, Technical Data Mapping, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test Data, Test Plans, etc.
o Define, gather, and perform data mapping based off of customer requirements.
o Conduct system/integration testing, document and manage defects/issues, and coordinate defect resolution and retest fixes.
Requirements:
o Experience of business systems and/or applications implementations and upgrades, in particular of T24 core banking system oUnderstanding the whole payments flow through a business is essential.
Must have previous SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, FX, Money Markets, payments processing experience.
Payments reconciliations& investigations knowledge desirable.
Knowledge or experience in ISO20022 and CPBR
a distinct advantage.
o Demonstrable skills and 10
years experience of knowledge and customization of relevant modules in T24 Core Banking application including parameters and development.
In particular FT, PI, DE, RTGS.
Any exposure to TPH a distinct advantage.
Knowledge in IF, Clearing Framework, IRIS APIs will be an added advantage.
o 5
years project management experience in successfully delivering technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle.
o 3
years of client relationship management experience withprimary accountability for client relationships at the executive level across departments; ideal experience includes external client management (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.
).
Experience developing relationships with and ensuring the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders and client executives.
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university or institution.
o Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
