Business OPS Analysts - Remote

Our client is looking for several Business Operations Analysts/Relationship Managers to join their team throughout the country.
These roles are remote but will require you to travel to offices within the specific region you support.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as your regions liaison between internal business units and IT teams.
Your region will come to you with any IT/technical needs (outside of simple helpdesk fixes) and you will work with them to help problem solve, create roadmaps, and drive resolution by involving the appropriate technical teams.
You will also help the business units prioritize opportunities based on developing and evaluating business cases and roadmaps.
Using your analytical skills and research abilities you will put together solutions to be presented to leadership and help make informed decisions.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and IT to ensure that both are aligned in their strategies and objectives.
- At least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner (Would also consider technically focused sales/relationship mgmt/customer service backgrounds) - Strong understanding of business operations and technical solutions - Experience relaying business requirements to technical teams and vice versa - Strong executive presence and communication skill - Ability to travel within region 30-50% Recommended Skills Analytical Business Requirements Communication Customer Service Help Desk Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
