This individual needs to be bright and enthusiastic, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is highly organized.
The ideal candidate must enjoy multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, have strong customer service skills, and must have phone etiquette.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Must speak English No students
Responsibilities:
Be pleasant and outgoing to all visitors.
Answer questions in a timely and accurate manner.
Know how to work with computer systems, phones, and other office equipment.
Understand the corporate culture and be a good fit for the workplace environment.
Follow instructions from the manager, front desk supervisor, or the department supervisor.
Be responsible for the security of keys, access cards, and other company property.
