This new Coloreel technology is a groundbreaking addition that enables us to achieve previously impossible embroidery feats.

Role
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Oversee and improve the Embroidery Department's operations.
Machine Mastery:
Operate and maintain our top-of-the-line embroidery machinery with precision.
Precision in Work Order Execution:
Accurately interpret and execute work orders for specific embroidery details, including design, placement, thread colors, and sequences.
Team Development:
Train and guide the embroidery team to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
Embroidery Expertise:
Significant experience and proficiency in using advanced embroidery machinery.
Technical and Creative Skills:
Solid computer literacy paired with a strong sense for creative design.
Leadership Ability:
Proven skills in effectively leading and motivating a team.
Digitizing Knowledge:
Experience in digitizing is a plus, but not required.
Extensive digitizing training will be provided for this position.
