Responsibilities:
Provide introductory information to our clients Be responsible for escalating inquiries and concerns Politely and professionally answer and forward calls to corresponding staff Take down sales orders to give to our warehouse Occasionally greet and assist guests to our office Maintain and restock both company supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
This is an entry level position.
Qualified candidates will either have or are pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree related to business administration or customer service.
Other candidates may be considered depending on applicable work experience.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are needed.
Able to speak English and Spanish clearly and fluently.
Candidates that speak Portuguese are also strongly recommended to apply.
Those with experience or interest in photography are encouraged to apply.
