General Accounting A/R, A/P, experience and Data Entry, Minimum 2 years is helpful.
Must have excellent command of the English language (Written and Verbal), Spanish a plus QuickBooks Experience is necessary, Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is helpful.
Perform General Office Basic Tasks, Multitasking is necessary.
Assist the President with confirming his appointments and daily reminders of tasks to be completed.
