Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks Online, organizational skills with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information required.
Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with financial managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
Keep daily financial transactions updated through Quickbooks online.
Receive and Process the entry of financial documents such as invoices, Purchase orders, and keep accounts payable updated.
Identify discrepancies, and notify them for correction.
Coordinate and manage payment details for external service providers, contractors and vendors.
Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank Process Purchase Orders for Office Supplies Skills and
Qualifications:
