Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Ability to understand and apply retail math concepts for pricing, discounts, and profit margins - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively - Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress Note:
