Job Description:
Dishwashers are essential for successful kitchen operations.
This role works with the other kitchen staff to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen/restaurant.
The Dishwasher sorts and cleans glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
Dishwasher must be experienced in hand washing and machine washing methods.
Dishwasher are expected to keep all kitchen & walk-in refrigerator areas clean and safe.
The primary job duties of the Dishwasher include:
Sorting glassware, pots, pans, and utensils Scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes and utensils into dish machine Washing and sanitizing all pots and pans Hand Washing necessary items Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the dish machine Unloading dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organizing them properly Emptying trash containers regularly Maintaining a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed Performing additional cleaning duties as requested Cleaning food prep stations and equipment Notice of E-Verify Participation:
