We're a three-DVM practice in suburban Miami looking for a fourth full- or part-time veterinarian to share in our practice's growth.

Our doctors receive a higher percentage of the practice's profits than AAHA's well-managed practice guidelines dictate.
Most pay 8%-10% of a practice's profits while we pay 12%.
We offer a sliding scale based on experience and proficiency by offering a base salary of $100,000-$150,000/year (for full-time associates) with a weekly additional bonus (ensuring 25% of gross weekly income) and a $10,000 signing bonus.
(Our long-time associates currently earn over $200K/year.
) Sane hours:
We're currently open 8-4 on weekdays and 8-12 on Saturday.
40-hour workweek with the possibility of minimal at-home records management.
Flexible schedules:
We offer a flexible approach to your hours, including half-days, late AM or early PM start/end times and a rotating Saturday schedule (1-2 weekends off every month).
